Returns & Refund Policy

At RKF Banaras, we take great pride in offering authentic, handcrafted Banarasi sarees directly sourced from skilled weavers.

Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

We currently do not accept returns for any products once sold.

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Our sarees are sourced directly from artisans and weavers, often made in limited batches or on a per-order basis. This supports fair trade practices and minimizes waste, making returns impractical.

We offer exchanges only in the rare event that you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item in transit

  • The wrong product compared to your order confirmation

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at [insert email address] with your order number and photos clearly showing the defect or damage.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

After verifying the issue, we will initiate an exchange for the same product or offer a suitable alternative if the item is no longer in stock.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for:

  • Minor variations in color, weave, or texture due to photography or screen settings

  • Natural irregularities in handwoven fabrics (which are features, not flaws)

  • Size issues, unless it's a wrong item sent

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier services or incorrect address

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, unless:

  • The exchanged product is unavailable and a replacement cannot be arranged.

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

  • Shipping costs for return/exchange of defective items will be covered by us.
